Our Wild Bottomless Brunch runs in 90 minute sittings, with the last sitting at 4pm. The whole table chooses the same drinks package, and anyone not drinking can swap the Prosecco package for mocktails and soft drinks. Book your table through OpenTable. Optional 10% service charge.

Not your usual brunch

Boozy brunch, bottomless dim sum & cocktails

Forget eggs on toast. Brunch here means crispy duck rolls, chilli wings, Sanpei chicken and wok-fried king prawns, passed round the table while the Pornstar Martinis keep coming. On Saturdays a DJ plays every sitting, so it is brunch with entertainment rather than background music, and the late sittings run until the bar takes over for the evening.

Instead of the classic brunch of pancakes and Bloody Marys, you get small plates and wok dishes with bottomless drinks: unlimited Prosecco, bottomless cocktails and mocktails for anyone not drinking. The atmosphere does the rest, which makes it a good fit for a birthday, a hen do or any celebration that deserves more than a table for two.

We are on the water at The Waters Edge in Brindley Place, two minutes from Broad Street and a short walk along the canal from Gas Street Basin and the ICC, so for a bottomless brunch in Birmingham city centre it works as the start of a long Saturday or the whole of it. When the brunch finishes, the cocktail bar is still open.
